It started with a few easy questions about myself, then I had to watch a short video about the airline. After that, there were parts about dealing with customers, using ramp, working in cold weather, and handling baggage. Finally, there was a test with a little math and questions from the video.

Behavioral Group

It was a group interview, but only 3 people attended, including me. I'm an immigrant and was the only one in the room. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. Given my extensive background as a customer service agent in the airline sector, I felt quite confident and provided professional answers. Despite this, I was unfortunately disqualified without a clear reason. I sent an email requesting feedback but never received a response.

First, they'll chat with you about the role and lay out what they're looking for, and you'll need to be cool with their expectations before the in-person interview. Then, at the in-person, they want to hear about your customer service background and why you're keen on the job, plus they'll check if your lifestyle is flexible enough for it.
