Shift Leader
Pretty simple process. We just need to make sure you can get to work on time. You'll need to give us your transportation details. No prior experience is necessary. Just dress appropriately – a collared shirt and jeans are fine, no need for anything fancy.
- Do you have your own transportation, and if so, how many days a week are you available to work?
General Manager
Started with a phone interview with HR. Passed that and had an in person interview with a great DM. HR was in constant contact. Final interview was an option of in-person or over the phone. Was offered a position and happily accepted.
- Be ready with specific examples for hypothetical situations.
Manager
I chatted with the regional operations manager and franchise owner, and I think it went really well. We talked a lot about the restaurant biz and the Pie Five idea. We also talked about pay and when I can work, and that was it.
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Cashier
The interview process was quite engaging and the team was notably friendly. Since it was my first job, they guided me through each step, ensuring I had a positive experience.
- Have you worked as a cashier before?
