Manager
The interview process was okay. It was well scheduled and fine. It was good and fine. There were three rounds. The result was given fast and finalized fast.
- What are your years of experience and skills?
- Tell me about your total experience.
Management Trainee
It was a really easy process. The case study questions were already answered. The panelists were friendly and the whole thing finished in under half a day. I got a spot offer right away. Most questions were about my CV. I was asked to redo a case study question I got wrong, but even then I didn't get it right, though the panelists were fine with my thinking.
- Can you tell me about your summer internship project?
- Walk me through your CV.
- Could you try that case study question again?
Management Trainee
It was a smooth campus interview process with 3 rounds. First, there was a psychometric test, followed by a group discussion (GD). Finally, there were two rounds of interviews. The interviews mainly focused on my psychometric test answers and situational questions, which were mostly behavioral.
- Can you elaborate on your previous work experience?
- Please discuss your psychometric test results in relation to your experience.
- Can you provide specific examples that validate your responses from the psychometric test?
