I saw the job online and applied. Then, Picnic reached out, and a few days later, they invited me for an interview at their location.

First there was a phone interview, then I went to the warehouse for an in-person interview. The questions were really simple, and I think you can get the job basically on the spot. Just tell them your availability, and they'll probably hire you.

Behavioral Other

The interview process kicked off with a phone chat that felt really good, clear, and useful. The recruiter was nice and answered everything straight up. But, the in-person interview was a whole different story. The interviewer was super blunt and even a bit harsh. She mentioned things like, “If someone says they don’t want to work in the cold area, I don’t care — they will work there anyway.” She said this even though I hadn't objected. This kind of talk is kinda intimidating and awkward, especially when you're being evaluated for a job. Plus, the pay they talked about was a bit less than what the job ad said, which makes you wonder if they were being upfront.
