I had an online chat with an HR person, but they seemed pretty checked out, like leaning back and not really into our conversation. The biggest red flag was when they talked about the company culture, mentioning a "winning mentality." From my experience, that usually means winning no matter what, even if it means disregarding employees' mental health, reasonable work hours, or fair benefits. Honestly, it was one of the worst interview experiences I've had.

The interviewer was late and dismissive, making the meeting feel off. They didn't seem engaged with my responses, and the process felt like a bit of a time waste and disrespectful. To even get to the recruiter interview, I had to complete the Gorilla Test, which was weird. After the screening call, I waited a week for a generic rejection email saying they picked someone 'more qualified.' Then, I saw the job posted again for months. The whole experience suggests the company is disorganized.
