The whole hiring process was a mess and left me with a bad impression. The recruiter was late for the interview and seemed unsure about the role. They barely interacted with me and didn't respond much when I talked about my projects. They also kept their camera off, which made it hard to feel connected. I applied on 23/10/2023 and was told I'd hear back in 24-48 hours, but I didn't get a reply until 09/11/2023, which was 17 days later. I couldn't even contact the recruiters because their info wasn't given. Even when I reached out on LinkedIn, only one person replied after 16 days. It all made me feel like the company has poor communication.

I applied online and heard back from the recruiter for a phone call. The recruiter initially emailed me to schedule a time using an online tool. I picked a slot, but she later emailed saying she wasn't available then and suggested sometime on Wednesday. After I asked about her Wednesday availability, she proposed a time on Thursday. I wasn't free then, so I asked to reschedule for the afternoon. She called at the agreed-upon time and asked me to introduce myself briefly. I could tell she was eating while listening. She then asked a few follow-up questions and concluded that my English communication skills weren't good. I asked why during the call, and she said she couldn't understand me well. I've had many interviews and no one has ever told me that. I found the whole phone call very strange and disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend this company because of their disorganized recruitment process.

So the interview started with a recruiter call where they asked me general questions about my CV and my past experience, nothing too technical. Then, the next step was a 1-hour assignment with some short coding tasks in python and a multiple choice QA sheet. Unfortunately, I didn't make it past this stage because I didn't do well enough on the multiple choice part, but they did give me feedback and the answers to the assignment.
