It starts with a CV screening to select the applications that best match the desired profile. Then, a preliminary telephone interview is conducted with a recruiter to assess motivation, understanding of the role, and cultural fit. If this stage is successful, the candidate is invited to take an online test, which can be cognitive or analytical, aimed at measuring their reasoning abilities and technical skills. This is followed by a series of technical and behavioral interviews with team members, intended to assess knowledge in data analysis, problem-solving skills, and soft skills. An Assessment Day is then organized, during which the candidate works on a practical case and presents their solution, often in person. Finally, a final interview, called a 'Closing interview,' is held to conclude the process before a hiring offer is made.

Bad experience. Total of 5 stages in the hiring process. The last stage is a talk to CEO or similar, who has the last subjective say. The process takes months and is a complete loss of time. First stage is a 30 minutes interview with HR (generic questions, motivations etc). Second stage is gorillatest assessment (passing score 80%, takes 40 minutes). 3rd stage is 2 successive interviews, 1h each, with two different analysts (30min getting to know you and 30min case-study focused on the company’s business). The experience was REALLY BAD, they were not professional at all. The impression is that the company puts there completely inexperienced people. One of them even said some swear-words during the interview, and openly admitted on not having read my resume. I am speechless by how unprofessionally the interviews were conducted. 4th stage is a full day where you actually go to the Amsterdam office to work for a day to solve a business problem and present your solution at the end (basically working for free). And 5th stage, if you reach this, is a meeting with top management. At some point of the interview stages they will find a way to reject you. It seems all they are looking for is a reason NOT to hire you. So don't lose your time.

First, you'll have a phone call with someone from the company to check if you're a good fit and answer any initial questions. Then, there might be an SHL test to check your skills. After that, you'll face a case interview, where you'll solve a business problem, and a behavioral interview, where you'll talk about past experiences. Finally, there's a personal interview, either in person or online, with the hiring team to discuss your background and see if you fit the company culture.
