It took me 3 months to get through the hiring process. It started with a phone call with HR, followed by 3 online analytical tests, each taking about 40 minutes. Then, there were 3 on-site interviews. After that, I did an on-site case study with the team, where I had from 9 AM to 6 PM to analyze data and present my recommendations. The process concluded with a final interview where they told me I was a great fit. The people I met were smart and motivated, and the environment seemed good, with interesting work. However, the job responsibilities were never clearly defined throughout the process. HR was also really bad at providing feedback, I usually had to ask for it after waiting weeks of silence. Ultimately, despite receiving positive feedback, I was rejected. So, while the on-site part was good, the overall process was disappointing and not transparent.
