The hiring process was really quick, I got a response the day after I applied online. I was able to pick my interview date and time from the options they gave. Interestingly, the person who interviewed me was different from the one in charge of hiring. The person who set up interviews only gets back to you at the last minute.

The interview took about half an hour. They asked stuff about the service industry and my past experience. The behavioral and situational questions were pretty direct, no tricks. It felt pretty chill and welcoming.
