Behavioral Technical Coding Presentation

I applied online and a recruiter reached out to set up a 30-minute phone chat with the hiring manager. Then, I had to set up an onsite interview that had 4 parts. Two parts were technical deep dives into my past projects. One part was a coding challenge where I was given some code and asked to fix it or add to it to meet certain requirements. The last part was a chat with a senior manager about technology and industry trends. I got an offer, but a few days before starting, they told me the position was closed because of financial issues. Super unprofessional, I didn't know what to say.

Behavioral Technical Coding

It was a pretty straightforward interview process. Started with a behavioral interview asking why I wanted this job. Then, there was a technical round where I had to solve data structure problems involving things like binary trees and recursion. Overall, it went smoothly if you had the right knowledge.
