First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Piaggio Group.
Engineer
The interview process was technical and matched the role I applied for. We did the first interview remotely, and the second one was in person at their office. It kicked off with me giving a presentation, then we moved on to the technical part relevant to the job.
- Tell me about a time you had to handle a technical problem.
Marketing Intern
First interview, nice and friendly, but slow to respond unfortunately. Overall it was a positive experience, and it's always good to experience a higher-level environment. The selection process involves 3 interviews.
- Why did you choose our company for your internship?
Mechanical Designer
It was an initial meeting to understand the candidate's expectations and to describe the role they were hiring for in the technical office. They were interested in international experiences, whether academic or post-university.
- What are your expectations?
- What do your family members do for work?
- Tell me about your international experiences, including academic or post-university ones.
Marketing Stage
The interview process had 4 steps: first, an introductory chat, then a meeting with the internship tutor, followed by a technical interview, and finally a chat with HR for final considerations. The whole process took about 3 weeks for a marketing and communication internship.
- Tell me about yourself and your experiences.
- How do you behave when working in a group?
