There were two rounds of interviews. First, a webinar with the boss. Then, an on-site interview with other colleagues. The interviewers were very nice and asked general questions. It might take some time to get the outcome.

The interview was conducted online via Zoom. The managers and interviewers were friendly, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The interview was mostly in Urdu, with initial questions and the introduction in English. I wasn't hired because the training program was in Karachi, and I was in Lahore. They did offer me a higher stipend if I relocated, but I had to decline.

This process is quite delayed. First, you have to pay a Rs.1000 challan, and after a year, they might call you for an interview. They conduct a couple of interviews with the hiring manager or DGM. They'll let you know if you're selected via a call or email. Honestly, having a reference matters a lot here.

  • What motivated your choice to join PIA?
  • Could you discuss IFRS15?
