I went through a couple of interviews and then got ghosted. It's a bummer that many companies do this. It wouldn't take much to just let someone know you're 'going another direction.' I actually liked the people I met and thought the interviews went fine.

The interview was very blunt and straightforward, with a few different employees speaking with me. Everyone was very open and friendly. The manager was straight with the expectations (very busy, very understaffed). Even though she admitted to the position possibly being very rough and understaffed, their honesty and friendliness left a good impression on me. One of the downsides is that it is corp, and the manager can't make any decisions, and said all that goes through corp. We went over pay and she was skeptical that I would get what I asked for, but described the process on how I would get a call from corp to get my job offer.

I applied online and then had an in-person interview with the hiring manager. I was early for it. It was a one-on-one business professional interview.

I interviewed at a job fair. The interview was in a foyer, and it was really loud, making it hard to hear and focus. Even so, the manager did her best to make it go smoothly and comfortably for me.
