Sales Representative
So, a recruiter reached out to me first. After that, I had to submit my resume. Then the recruiter set up this one-hour phone chat with the hiring manager. It was followed by another phone interview about two weeks later.
- What unique value do you bring to our company?
Social Media Intern
It was a pretty fast interview process. I had one phone call and then a Zoom interview. It lasted about 30 minutes total, and we talked about the job, the company culture, and the company's brands.
- Which social media brands do you like the most?
Finance

- Given a disengaged team, what steps would you take to improve their engagement?
Inside Sales Representative
The interview process is quite quick, with four interviews in total: HR, RM, VP, and the Owner. They're really efficient and don't make you wait ages to find out what's next or if you got the job.
- Are you prepared to travel extensively for this role?
