The hiring process was way too long and not clear at all. I had more than four interviews, and during the process, they even asked for a resignation letter from my current job as part of a supposed background check, making it sound like the position was basically already mine. For over a month and a half, they kept me thinking that starting the job was a sure thing, just saying there were 'minimal details' left to sort out. But, there was never clear or timely communication. In the end, I didn't get any formal notice from the company. It wasn't until I asked what happened that they told me the client had canceled the vacancy, without much explanation. I think the lack of communication and how they handled the end of the process was unprofessional and can seriously affect candidates, especially when they're asked to make important decisions about their current employment.

Recruiter reached out, and I shared my background. Then, a technical round with the team lead happened, which went well as I answered most questions. The recruiter contacted me again to say I passed the technical round. After that, I had an HR interview and accepted the job offer.

I had a two-round interview process. The first round was technical, but the second with the Talent Team was disappointing. Most interviewers were professional, but one from the Talent Team was disrespectful. The questions were basic for someone with 20 years of experience, and the interviewer doubted my integrity. During an iOS question, she accused me of cheating, suspecting I was looking away. I explained it was a thinking habit and showed my surroundings. She still asked to share my screen. This treatment was unprofessional given my experience. The process was fast; I got the second round invite within a day of the first. Advice: be ready for unprofessionalism, especially from less experienced Talent Team members. Feedback: 1) Train interviewers to trust experienced candidates. 2) Unjustly doubting integrity leaves a bad impression. 3) Improve interviews with more practical questions. 4) A technical interviewer would be better for evaluating knowledge. Outcome: I decided not to proceed due to concerns about the company culture. Final thoughts: The interview process is rigorous, but they need to change how they treat experienced professionals. Be cautious.
