The recruiter chat was pretty standard until they asked if I'd used a specific PM software. I hadn't, but I told them I was willing to research it and that my history showed I could pick up new tools fast. The recruiter said not to worry about it, just tell the interviewer I knew it and it would be fine. I was surprised, but the interview wrapped up. Then, the hiring manager asked about the software again. I said no, but then the hiring manager asked why my resume said I had used it. I've never put that on my resume because I haven't used it. I looked at the recruiter who wouldn't make eye contact. This company seems willing to fake resumes to cheat interviews and scam companies, and then they fake reviews online. Don't believe any of it. Worst professional experience ever. Avoid this company.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was smooth. First, I had a round with the Manager, which I cleared. Then, I had a round with HR for salary discussion. HR mentioned two clauses: one about a conditional offer dependent on a client interview, and another about a 10% deduction if I didn't join. After clearing the client interview, they sent a conditional offer letter. The HR then pushed me to accept the offer and submit documents. I accepted, and then they ghosted me for two weeks with no updates. Finally, they said the client rejected my application. I asked to be considered for another project, and a senior manager from Photon interviewed me. I was rejected. My offer letter became invalid because I didn't clear that interview. Both clauses mentioned by HR didn't apply as the client never interviewed me. I was initially told my resume would be shared and only then would an interview happen if shortlisted by the client. But the HR said the client screened me out. Their process is unclear, and they don't stick to their clauses. It was a bad experience with Photon's HR and management; I felt trapped. My joining date was June 21st.
