My interview experience with Photon Interactive was quite bad. I went through 2 tech rounds and a project coding round. I spent a lot of time on calls and screen sharing login into PF and income tax portals. It felt disorganized and unprofessional. After finishing everything, I submitted all the needed documents. The HR guy, Santosh Kumar, told me the offer would come soon. I waited for 4 weeks with no word. When I tried to contact him, he either ghosted me or gave weak reasons like waiting for project onboarding. It was weird because when I called from a different number, he answered but still had no real info, just awkward silence. If they weren't sure about hiring me, why put me through the whole process? I could have used that time for companies that respect candidates' time. It was a total waste, and I can't suggest this company to anyone serious about jobs.

It was easy, I cleared both rounds: first a technical discussion and then a techno-managerial one. HR approved my expected CTC and asked for my current CTC letter to release the offer. A few days later, I called HR, who then connected me to her manager. He said they'd match my current CTC. Since my current employer is IBM, I saw no reason to switch to Photon for the same salary. It was a waste of my time and effort.
