The interview process wasn't too tough. It started with a technical interview covering JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React basics. Then, there was a live React coding session where I had to fix some bugs and explain the fixes.

The hiring process was incredibly slow. The interviewer asked very theoretical, bookish questions, and they weren't technically sound. They couldn't even understand explanations of the questions. It was so frustrating and a waste of time, really unprofessional.
