Inside Sales
The interview process might seem a bit intimidating at first because we really care about our culture. You won't just be talking to managers, but also to the people on the team you're applying to, to make sure we keep our culture strong.
- What kind of leadership style do you perform best with?
Sales Associate
It was pretty standard stuff. Short. They asked me what experience I thought would make someone do well in sales, and also about my goals. They threw in a fun one about my favorite childhood memory, and then asked what kind of business I'd start if I could do anything. That was it.
- Can you tell us about your strengths?
- What about your weaknesses?
Virtual Assistant
It was a quick process but their expectation from someone coming from the Philippines to speak English at 10 is absurd. IELTS don't even have that band. Unrealistic expectations from applicants from someone who wants to hire people from Philippines.
- What is your self-rating for your English speaking skills?
- Do you have prior experience with cold calling?
Banker
This role involves a presentation where you'll read a script to the hiring manager and speak confidently, and also get a feel for what training is like. There will be some getting-to-know-you questions, including inquiries about your long-term career aspirations.
- What has been your greatest accomplishment?
