Behavioral Presentation

The hiring process felt disorganized and showed a lack of respect for the candidate's time. Key issues included poor communication from the main recruiter regarding the hiring timeline and next steps, with emails often going unanswered. A references check was initiated before the final interview round without prior notice or explanation from the recruiter, only a notification from a third party. The rejection came via a system email after a week of silence, with no direct communication and unreturned requests for feedback.

The interview process involved 3 questions, all conducted virtually. For each question, I was given 30 seconds to prepare my answer and then 60 seconds to deliver it. Although it wasn't in person, the questions were presented through a video recording from someone in the Suns organization.

The first step was a virtual interview. I didn't hear back from them after that, other than an automated email saying they'd reach out soon. When I followed up, their response had tons of spelling and grammar mistakes -- it really seemed like they weren't putting much effort into the candidate experience.

The HR rep called exactly on time and the interview moved fast. It was over 40 minutes with about 8 open-ended questions, all based on my past experience. The rep was nice and professional. I tried calling her on the direct line she gave me to check on the process, but couldn't reach her.
