Care Manager
They take you on a ride-along to show you what the job entails. They also do a daily devotional at the beginning of shift. It's a Christian-oriented company.
- Tell me about your strengths and how you'd use them in this position.
Therapist
I applied online and the supervisor reached out to me, setting up an interview. The supervisor led the interview. They asked me general questions about my background and experience, then they asked "where are you at in your walk with God?". I mentioned I was Christian and went to a Methodist Church. Their response was odd... "oh (pause)....Do you... like that?" (this was a strange comment). When I asked what they had learned about God from working there, they didn't answer but instead spoke about being a godly example to abused women. I sent a thank you note afterward but heard nothing back.
- Can you describe your spiritual journey?
- What insights into God have you gained through your work here?
Recovery Coach
I applied through their website and got contacted within three days to schedule a phone interview.
- What skills/qualities will you bring to this role?
