Embedded Software Engineer
The interview process had two rounds. First, an HR discussion to see if the candidate fits with the company's values. Second, a technical discussion where tasks are given two weeks in advance, and you need to prepare a presentation.
- Can you explain the technical details of your approach to the task?
- Tell me about your working style and how you handle stress.
- What was your process for preparing for the task?
HR Admin Assistant
I had 2 rounds of interview. First was with the hiring manager on Zoom. Second one was with the whole team in person. The process was pretty straightforward. No tests or presentations were involved.
- Can you walk me through your previous work experience?
Account Manager
First I had an interview with HR and the Head of Sales. Then, I had a second interview with the Head of Sales. HR said I passed both interviews and extended an offer. I accepted the offer. However, HR later rescinded the offer due to the pay raise being too high. HR then said they would try to help and see what they could offer. After following up for 4 weeks with no updates, HR claimed they needed hiring manager approval. In the 5th week, after I followed up again, HR finally said they hired someone else. The hiring process could have been better, as HR could have told me earlier that my application was rejected instead of wasting my time.
- What do you consider the most crucial quality for a salesperson to possess?
Software Engineer
The interview was about programming in C#, specifically object-oriented programming. The interviewers introduced themselves first. There were deep and superficial questions, as well as normal questions like 'what have you programmed?'. They were looking for someone who could directly take on difficult tasks. It didn't work out for me because I had never programmed in C# before.
- Tell me about what you have programmed.
- Could you explain object-oriented programming?
- Can you provide detailed answers on this topic?
