Every experience mentioned about this company is spot on. If I were you, I would not waste my time with this company unless if you have superb sale skills. My first interview was easy and straight to the point but I didn't interview with who they told me would interview me. The second interview was stupid and unprofessional. They told me to come back to the office the following day for my second interview only to tell me that I would need to drive to the nearest Sam's Club. That drive was about a 30 min drive with traffic. I was placed on the spot 3 minutes after arriving there to try to sell their products to random Sam's Club customers without even knowing what I was selling. Just ridiculous! The person that conducted my 2nd interview was nice and knowledgeable about the company but was not open to too many questions. After I was given the whole spill about the company and how to "advance" in the company, this person proceeded to interview me while I was leaving Sam's Club at the entrance with people walking in and out of the place! Who does that?! By the way, you reach management position by meeting a certain sales requirement and the $500 base pay is not really guaranteed! Worst experience ever! Another thing that got me skeptical was why was it that only one MM, I believe his name is CJ, was able to exceed the company's expectation and every other manager is meeting the minimum or not doing quite as well as CJ. Hmmm...? I'm glad I didn't waste anymore time with this company.

I found this Market Manager job on Craigslist and applied online. I got a call back really quickly, within a day, and they set up the first interview for the very next day. The office is in Sandy Springs, in a cool high-rise building. Everyone seemed really friendly and outgoing. I got invited back for a second interview. I think this company is a good place for recent grads because they have a full-time management training program. It seems like a good way to start out. You definitely need to be outgoing because you'll be interacting with a lot of people, like potential customers. The pay is $500 a week plus commission.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process felt unprofessional. I got there 10 minutes early but ended up waiting over 45 minutes, with other interviewees coming and going. Nobody could even say my name right. The person I was supposed to meet wasn't even there, and the whole thing was really informal. They spent more time pitching opportunities to move up and run my own business in a year, basically selling the job, than asking me questions.

The interview has three rounds. First, a Q&A with the hiring manager. Second, on the same day, you go to a Sam's Club to engage with customers. This job seemed dishonest. They didn't mention fuel costs, and you have to go to stores to sell DirecTV packages. It was a horrible and unprofessional experience.
