Had an initial online Teams call where they asked about my CV, which was shorter, about 20 minutes. Then had a longer in-person interview that lasted about an hour. They asked a mix of technical and HR questions in the in-person interview. They gave me feedback right away.

It was a virtual interview first with HR asking about my background. Then I had an in-person technical interview at their Gillingham office. That lasted about three hours, with a tough technical assessment and then a tour. They did a second round of interviews the week after but didn't end up offering me the job because they put a hiring freeze on due to bad company performance. The place is decent and the people seemed nice. However, it's in a pretty out-of-the-way spot and getting there can be a real hassle.

There were 2 interviews and a visit to the manufacturing site. I interviewed with a few team leaders who asked about my experience, why I was interested in their product, and to ensure I understood the product. It was a nice experience overall.

I went through 4 stages of interviews for the Service Delivery Manager role, and I made it to the final phase. It's been several weeks, and I've consistently let them know I'm still interested. I was waiting for an update on their decision since the last interview was a month ago, and the interviewer said I'd hear back soon. But, despite my follow-ups, I got no status updates. I had to call them myself, and the recruiter seemed surprised and had to go find out. The whole thing felt rushed and like they were brushing me off, maybe because I called when they were on vacation and didn't set up an out-of-office. But I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. After putting in so much time and effort, I got a rejection email at 5:30 PM on a Saturday from the recruiter who was supposed to be off. Plus, I got zero feedback, not even constructive criticism. Just a generic rejection email, like it was automated.
