I was first contacted by a recruitment agency, who set up initial personality, language, and IQ tests. After that, I had an interview at the company HQ with both HR and the first-line manager. The next step involved an interview with the first-line manager and the head of the function. Finally, HR presented me with an offer.

This was a pretty chill assessment for an Inkompass internship in London. It was super quick, only taking about 3 weeks from applying to hearing back. The people were nice and the activities were fun, with chances to chat and grab some refreshments. Since it was their first time doing this internship in London, it went really smoothly and will probably be even better next year.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • As a group, we had to pick two products to launch.
  • We were interviewed individually by three people for about 15 minutes each, and they asked about our behavior and competencies.
  • We had to present solutions for a supply chain problem.
