Sales
The recruiter reached out on LinkedIn, and after some exchanges and interviews, I heard nothing for months. A phone call or an email with feedback would have been nice. They seemed to have trouble recruiting for this market in France. The process wasn't managed well by the French HR team.
- Can you elaborate on your current experience and the KPIs you've worked with?
Sales Representative
There were two rounds. First, a group activity where we worked on a case together, and finally, a sales roleplay where they asked me how I would sell the company's main product.
- Tell me about a time you faced difficulties while working in a team.
Sales Representative
To start, you'll submit your resume and cover letter online or through email. Then, there might be a quick screening call to chat about your background and if you're interested. This is to see if we're a good fit. The first real interview will probably be over the phone or video, where the hiring manager will ask about your experience, sales skills, and industry knowledge. They might also ask some behavioral questions to see how you handle problems and interact with people.
- What motivated you to apply for this role?
