The beginning of the application process was great. They let me try answering each question a few times before I had to submit. I especially liked the questions about situations I'd faced before. I got an email saying I passed, and then I had to take an assessment test. The test wasn't too hard, but I felt like there wasn't enough time. I couldn't finish the last five questions because each one needed a lot of steps, calculations, and observations. I took the test today, and even though I don't think I did great, it was a good experience overall.
