After you apply, they check your resume and stuff to see if you're qualified. If you look good, a recruiter might call or email you for a quick chat about your background and if you're interested. Then, you'll probably have a more detailed interview with the hiring manager or a team, which could be in person, video, or phone, and they'll ask you behavioral and technical questions about your past work.

Behavioral Technical

First, there was a pre-selection and a brief overview of the firm. Then, I had a one-hour interview with the HR manager and the hiring manager. I never got any feedback from Philip Morris, either through the agency or an HR assistant, which was a first for me with a multinational company. The business discussions were very interesting, and the recruiters were very competent. The HR Shared Service is located in Poland. They were very responsive regarding organization, except when it came to travel expense reimbursement.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Traditional questions were asked, and it was a pleasant discussion.
