On the phone, for an internship. O K L M. Interview with the manager and HR about the job description, questions about my expectations and skills. And data on the current situation of the teams and the factory, etc.

Deployment Engineer
- Could you describe your strengths and weaknesses?
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
- How do you handle a difficult situation?
Engineer
There were 3 interviews. First up was a chat with HR. Then, I had a general discussion with the hiring manager, where they wanted to get to know me better as a person and potential employee. It was also a good opportunity for me to ask lots of questions about the job. Before the final stage, there was an online aptitude and personality test. The last stage was a presentation on a problem they gave me, and I had a week to get it ready.
- Can you describe a situation you faced and how you handled it?
- Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult situation.
