The process was pretty set, with 4 stages. First, I spoke with the HR exec about my CV. Then, there was another HR chat, but way more in-depth with specific questions. After that, phase 3 involved an interview with both the direct manager and HR. We had an open discussion and Q&A about my past work and what I'd be doing in the new role. This interview was at least 30 minutes. The final stage was with two people from management, one of whom was the boss of my potential direct manager. It was a quick chat, touching on marketing stuff and felt pretty chill.

Behavioral Presentation

I was contacted for this role in another country, but I'm currently in the US. After not hearing back for 4 weeks, they told me my profile was more 'creative' and moved me to a different position. I was supposed to interview with the manager via video, but that didn't happen. Instead, the manager called for a brief chat to say they'd let me know the next week if they wanted to schedule an in-person interview (again, I'm in a different country). The 'creative' role wasn't creative at all, and the manager suggested moving me again, but I said no. They finally got back to me, saying the job description changed and they now need someone more senior with more experience, even though the ad said 0-2 years and I had 2.5. Very disappointed.
