The interview process started with a one-on-one interview and a case evaluation. Then, there was a group activity with other candidates to discuss and determine the best solutions for the case. The interviews were in-person, but an online option was also available.

The process took two months, and in the end, the position was canceled. I had an interview with HR in the first phase, then HR asked me to do two activities from one day to the next. I moved to the last phase of the interview, and only a month later I got feedback that the position was canceled. Two months in a selection process that led to nothing is disrespectful and a waste of time for the company and the candidate.
