First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Philadelphia Union.
Marketing Coordinator
The interview process was enjoyable and straightforward. They asked some interesting questions that encouraged out-of-the-box thinking. The interviewer was really nice and made me feel comfortable. The salary wasn't quite what I was hoping for, though.
- What are your strategies for maintaining an organized workspace?
Partnership Marketing Coordinator
I got an email saying I was chosen to start the interview process. They asked me to record myself doing my "elevator pitch." I had to send it back by email with an unlisted YouTube link. After about 2 weeks, I got another email saying they would let me know in the next 2 weeks if I got to move on. About a month later, I got an automated message saying they picked someone else for the job.
- Record yourself presenting your "elevator pitch."
- In your elevator pitch, please state your name.
- In your elevator pitch, provide a brief educational and/or professional background.
Event Operations Intern
It was a really chill and easy interview process. We did it over video call and email. They asked me some basic questions to get to know me, and about my college life, major, and what I want to do in the future. The people were super nice and easy to chat with.
- Can you describe a challenge you encountered and how you managed to get past it?
Intern
Had a good interview, but they couldn't meet my salary expectations. They said I was a good fit and qualified, but then two weeks later I got an automated email saying I wasn't interviewed and they weren't moving forward, even though we did have an interview. The questions were all pretty typical.
- What extracurricular activities are you involved in?
