First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Philabundance.
Assistant Director
The interview process started with a 30-minute phone call with someone from HR. The HR person spent most of the time, about 90%, talking about Philabundance's work. I thought they talked too much instead of asking about me. I didn't get to ask any questions at the end. A few days later, I was told I wasn't moving forward, which seemed strange since I barely got to talk.

- What are your salary expectations?
- What experience do you have with CRM systems?
Senior Manager
A current employee referred me. I had one-on-one meetings with my supervisor. It was challenging but equitable, and they were upfront about the upcoming organizational shifts.
- Can you explain your employment gap?
Warehouse Associate
I went through an interview process with a nonprofit. It has an exciting mission and a great community, and it's a great organization doing great things for those in need. I learned a lot about their warehouse operations from behind the scenes.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience with food handling?
