Chief Bottle Washer
I really enjoyed the interview process. It was a very fulfilling experience, and I would gladly interview with them every day. They even provided a great lunch, which I hope other companies will emulate. It's a great example for others to follow.

The interview was pretty quick and to the point. They didn't ask many questions, just gave me some paperwork to get started. I honestly thought it would be more of a formal interview, but it turned out to be an immediate offer situation.
- What's your availability to start working?
Cashier
The interview at Phils bbq was really laid-back. It was just me and the interviewer, and they asked some simple questions. Having a friend refer me definitely smoothed things over, and I just acted like myself, showing how eager and happy I was.
