First, a Danaher talent acquisition specialist reached out for a screening. Then, virtual interviews were set up with Phenomenex sales managers and HR reps. These were for intros, qualification discussions, and to go over role responsibilities. Danaher talent specialist updated me on the hiring process soon after. It was a good experience, the people were nice.

It was an okay interview, the interviewer was nice. He asked a few questions about quality over quantity. He asked me to imagine I worked in a car manufacturing facility and what my priority would be. If I would choose quantity over quality. Quality should always be priority.

I applied online and got a call for a phone interview about a week later. After the phone interview, they told me I was a better fit for the QC Technician 2 role and would wait for that position to open up before starting onboarding. They never contacted me again. When I followed up, the HR manager said I'd have to re-interview for the position. It was a waste of my time and very unprofessional. I would have taken the QC Technician 1 role instead of getting nothing.

Applied online, had a phone interview with HR on Friday morning. Then had an on-site interview with the Department Manager that same Friday afternoon. On Monday, I got a call from HR to schedule a second interview. The panel interview with the department was on Tuesday. HR called with an offer on Wednesday, and I received the offer letter by email. I'll be starting the following week :) The process was quick. I think if they really feel confident about you, they'll offer right away. I had a good experience with Phenomenex and they seemed eager to have me. If things go well, I'll leave a review later. Happy Job Hunting! Good luck!
