Ghosted after the second interview stage. Initially, the recruiter was enthusiastic and contacted me on LinkedIn. The first screening call was standard, and they wanted to move quickly, scheduling the next interview within a week. I attended the second interview, but no one showed up. I tried to reschedule and confirm my candidacy but received no response.

The interview process moved quickly, thanks to good communication from the TA team. It's clear the company values UX. The assignment was interesting, and the in-person interview had some great questions. Lots of situational questions came up that required some thinking. Overall, the process was smooth and the team was responsive.
