So first I had a call with the Lead Recruiter and they asked me about my background, what I'm interested in, and why I picked Phenom. Then another HR person reached out to help set up the rest of the interviews. After that, I went through three technical interviews, a cultural round with the director, and then a final chat with HR.

Technical Behavioral Case Presentation

From the jump, Pheom's HR folks were on top of communication, keeping things clear and quick. They gave me the lowdown on the interview steps, what they expected, and when things would happen. Got all my questions answered super fast, which set a good, open vibe. Pheom also hooked me up with solid prep stuff for each part, helping me get what they were looking for and how to match it up with what they care about. They checked me out with a good mix of technical, behavioral, and situational questions to see if I had the skills and would vibe with the team and company culture. The interviewers were smart and cool to talk to, making it easy to chat openly without feeling the heat. They even gave me feedback after each round, which helped me level up as I went. They used tech like video calls really well for virtual interviews, so it all ran smooth. They really respected my time too, starting interviews right on schedule and keeping the whole thing organized. The last few interviews were about how I'd grow there, my career path, and fitting into their long-term plans, showing they care about building people up. And it felt inclusive, with a diverse panel that showed they're serious about that.
