first meeting with the hiring manager, no real format, they just wanted to see how I'd respond, it was awkward. Then met the VP of sales for a traditional behaviorial interview. Next was with the head solution consulting, who asked culture type questions like "what does Responsibility mean to you". The final step was a presentation where they gave me a sample client and situation and I had to present to them as if they were the client. I was told to do a fake ROI, but they didn't give me an investment amount and then asked why I didn't do one. I could tell from that question I wasn't getting the offer. They ghosted me and never let me know either way. I heard that company isn't great to work for, but I was willing to give it a try since I love the HR Tech space and think I am pretty resilient and can be successful in most situations, but that is very unprofessional.

Started with a quick chat with the recruiter, then a one-on-one with the hiring manager. After that, there was a panel presentation. The people were really nice, and the process was pretty simple. You can really make the presentation your own, so it's a good chance to get creative.

My recruiter missed two interview times without notice. The third interview was scheduled and conducted, lasting 13 minutes, and I was told I'd move to the next step. The day before my next interview with the decision-maker, it was canceled because they said I lacked experience, even though they knew my experience for weeks. They mentioned I'd be considered for other roles, but nothing has happened since. Overall, it was a pretty poor experience.
