The interview process was pretty straightforward. Three people were there, and one of them was going to be my manager. They asked some common interview questions, plus one that was a bit of a curveball but still fun to think about. All in all, I think it went well.

First, I spoke with a recruiter, and then I had a Zoom interview that lasted under an hour. They told me the decision right after the Zoom. The interviewers seemed disengaged, which didn't leave a good impression.

They started with a phone call with the HR manager where we talked about my background and interests, and they shared more about the internship program. Then, the last step was a 60-minute panel interview over Zoom with the hiring manager and Director. The people I spoke with were really nice, easy to talk to, and helpful. The chats were interesting and it felt like they really wanted to know me and tell me about the clinical operations team at PharPoint. Both chats left me feeling good, so I was happy to get an offer a few days later!
