First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PharmScript.
Business Operations Analyst
It was a two-stage interview process. The first interview was on Teams, and the second involved meeting with the team. Both interviews were really interesting and informative, and there was also a technical Excel test.
- Can you tell me about your experience with Excel?
- What are your reasons for leaving your prior employer?
Staff Pharmacist
Got a call from the recruiter (Fiorella Perrazo) for a phone interview. Then had an in-person interview with the hiring manager. Fiorella provided invaluable assistance throughout the entire recruiting process, answering any concerns I had about starting the position. The interview was straightforward and I am so lucky to have been offered this position.
- What is your pharmacy experience?
- What is your availability?
- Are you interested in LTC?
Accountant
They reached out to me for an interview, I did not apply, they found me. They did not have my most recent resume, I provided copies of my up to date resume at the interview. I was not sure what resume they had since they contacted a recruiter to schedule me for an interview so I made it a point to bring copies. They were upset they didn’t have the most up to date resume prior to the interview. I was told that “this changes things” and was walked to the door. I found that to be incredibly rude. I’m actually glad the interview went this way because to be honest, I would not want to work for Anthony. The brief conversation I had with him, he put down his ENTIRE accounting team in one sentence. I’m paraphrasing here but he said that he is looking from a strong accountant because he doesn’t have one good person on his team, they are all mediocre. Stay away.

Pharmacist
I was contacted after applying and went in for an interview. The day felt like a career fair with many people interviewing for different roles. There was a mix-up where they initially thought I was interviewing for a tech position, but the actual interview was with the director. It was a standard interview, but the overall process was disorganized. They said they'd follow up in a week or two, but I never heard back, and I'm not too upset about it.
- What is your expected salary?
- Are you open to working on weekends or holidays?
