I applied online and then went to the store as suggested. I had a quick chat with the manager there. Later, I got an email for a phone interview, which I did two days after. The next day, I was contacted to set up an in-person interview, which happened a few days later. Following that, I received another email for a phone interview with the VP of operations, lasting about 30 minutes. I got the job offer via a call the same day. The whole thing took 13 days.

Pharmaca has a really good interview process. You meet with the hiring manager face-to-face, and if it's a good match, they'll offer you the position. It's a fast, professional process with no unnecessary steps. They're looking for people who fit the company culture and either know about or are interested in integrative medicine. This is a great chance for pharmacists who want to learn about compounding and blending Eastern and Western medicine.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied online. First, I got a call from the store manager for an in-person chat with them and the lead practitioner. There weren't any set interview rules, but they asked about how I handle service and tasks, and some situational questions. Since there are no set questions from the company, each store manager might do things differently. When I got to the store, it looked a bit hectic with products around and only two people working, like they were short-staffed. The second interview with the lead practitioner was more casual, like a meet-and-greet. They didn't ask about retail but went over my resume and past jobs. They wanted to know if I knew about natural health and wellness. After that, there was a third interview with the district manager, which felt more formal. Finally, I got a follow-up call with an offer about pay and when I'd start. It was pretty straightforward as long as my resume did the heavy lifting at the beginning.
