They first gave an aptitude online assessment. Then there was a 15-minute interview for those who passed the OA. Four people were on the panel. The interview started with a quick intro, followed by some aptitude and guesstimate questions.

It was a good, smooth process. You need to be aware of your role and explain what you know in simple terms. Also, for the technical interview, prepare well on what you have worked on.

I went through 3 rounds of interviews. First, there was an online exam that was proctored. Then, I had a virtual meeting with some executives. The last step was an interview with the supervisor for the department. That last one felt a bit off, they just looked over my resume and confirmed if it was correct. After that, I never heard back from them even when I followed up.
