I got contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. Then I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, there was an aptitude test. I was then called in for an onsite interview with 4 people. After that, there was no response for months even after following up. I was called again after 3 months for another onsite interview. The interviewer didn't show up. A junior analyst was brought in as a replacement, and she seemed unhappy and eager to leave. I was offered the job after that.

Technical Case Other

The interview process was a bit rough. The application requirements were pretty basic, and I met all of them, but during the interview, they hit me with a bunch of hypothetical problem-solving questions. What was weird was how they seemed to judge my approach to solving them. It felt really unprofessional and like they were looking down on me the whole time. Honestly, it was not a comfortable experience and made me not want to work there.
