First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Pharma Medica Research.
Software Developer
My interview at Pharma Medica Research for the Software Developer position was quite brief, only about 20-30 minutes. It was pretty straightforward with no technical rounds. I heard back the same day, within a couple of hours after finishing my interview.
- Could you explain your decision to study AI in conjunction with Software Development?
Quality Assurance Associate
Got a call for the Quality Assurance Associate role. The first step was a telephonic interview with HR. The second interview was held over Zoom, where I was asked about my previous job, some technical questions, and behavioral questions. I was interviewed by both the department manager and the HR manager.
- Could you tell me about your previous job roles and why you decided to apply for this one?
Recruiter
It was easy, no stress. The HR person called and scheduled an interview with the manager. The interview was easy, they focused more on skills. They also did an English assessment for all candidates. The manager asked job-related questions. The HR person asked about salary, travel requirements, and availability. It wasn't much, it was easy.
- Tell me about your people skills.
Clinical Research Associate
A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and asked about my availability for an interview. After I provided my availability, there was a 1.5-week delay before she contacted me again for my availability. She rescheduled after a 3-day delay. I was then scheduled for a web interview with two people, a senior CRA and a Project Manager. However, when it was time for the interview, no link was provided. I had to call the HR office to find out they had forgotten to share the link with the interviewers. After the interview, they mentioned they would inform me of the outcome, but I didn't hear back for a week. My email to the recruiter/HR went unanswered.
- How do you cope with stressful situations?
- What are your thoughts on achieving a good work-life balance?
- Describe how you would manage a situation where a family emergency and a work emergency occurred simultaneously.
