Started with Indeed messages for contact and scheduling. Then a 15-minute phone call interview happened with some standard questions. The interviewer was really impersonal.

Behavioral Technical

This was probably the worst experience I have had in a very long time with an interview. The first screening and Zoom interview were fine, if you're ready for a same-day interview. Most people currently working can't interview the same day they get a call. Oh well, it wasn't that bad...but let me continue. I passed that and got a second interview scheduled. I had to set time outside of my working day to make it happen. They never showed. They didn't even bother sending me an email before about what happened. It wasn't until the following week they emailed me back saying "sorry we missed you"...no, you set the interview this was on you. I was hesitant to reschedule the second interview but I did. It was scheduled as a Zoom so I had taken once again more time from my day and gotten prepped and ready. Ended up being a phone call. They were super impressed and interested and said they would let me know at the end of the week. I never got a call or an email. I followed up and had no response. This is very poor skills in the hiring process. I took off work to get these interviews done and wasn't even respected for my time. I am very very angry with PGC and I do not recommend anyone go through this process. They disrespect your time.
