Project Manager
I applied for a role in June 2025 and a recruiter contacted me to set up an interview. I gave my availability but heard nothing back for a week. I followed up via email twice, but still got no response. The same recruiter then reached out again to schedule the same interview. I provided updated availability, and again, received no reply after following up again. It felt like they were going through the motions or perhaps had an internal candidate, which was disappointing given my 20 years of experience and really soured me on the company.

The interview process was pretty standard. They reached out, and the first interview was with talent acquisition. If I was selected to move on, the next step would have been with managers. I didn't have any complaints about the interview itself; it was a pleasant conversation. However, I was very upfront about my salary expectations, and we didn't quite see eye to eye on that. I figured they weren't going to move forward with me. It's been a month, and I haven't heard anything back, even though they said they'd reach out the following week. Since I didn't really expect to move on, it doesn't bother me too much, but I do think it's a little unprofessional. Other than that, the interviewer was very nice, and I have no complaints. It seems like a relaxed place to work.

Cashier Barista
The interview felt really natural, like they were trying to get to know me as a person and understand my personality. They asked professional questions about my previous experience and why I'm interested in joining the company. I felt like they were looking for impact, as the interview was only about 15 minutes long. We then chatted, and they asked if I had any questions. During this second part, they decided I was a good fit and offered me the job the same day.

Client Service Associate
We set up Microsoft Teams calls with different team members. Each call was 30 minutes long. The interviewers didn't really help me succeed in the interview. They didn't explain what they were looking for or what we needed to talk about for them to make a decision. They didn't lead the conversation, which was awkward. They said they wanted to get to know me, but honestly, they didn't seem to care. Don't change the direction of the conversation when there's only a little time. Interviewees can't read minds. The interviewer was stern and looked like they didn't want to be there. I felt judged from the start. Someone's time should always be considered before an interview.
