A recruiter reached out and I had a screener call with them. After that, I was ghosted. I tried following up but got no response and I'm unsure about my application status as it still says 'in process'.

It was pretty simple. I talked to a bunch of different people on the team because they really care about finding the right cultural fit. They didn't ask a lot of technical stuff, but everything was super relevant to what the job actually is.

It was a great experience getting to know the whole team. They asked really good questions to see if I'd be a good fit for the role and to understand me as a person. I'd totally recommend this kind of interview.

Went through four rounds. First round was written essay, second round was one-way interview, and third and fourth rounds were with prospective teams. Very easy and nice experience; however, took a while to hear back.
