Administrative
I had a phone call, then an in person interview, and then got an offer. It was a pretty easy and helpful process. I got a call and after that I got an offer within a week.

Customer Service Representative
I sent my resume to PSF and they contacted me for a phone screen. After that, I was invited in person for an interview. Robin from HR was really nice and informative on the phone and in person. I got to the location 30 minutes early. I was called into an office to fill out an application and take some computer tests to see if I had any medical knowledge. I only missed a few questions and was told it wouldn't affect my chances. I waited and then interviewed with a manager. They mentioned they were only doing interviews this week. I don't have medical experience but I'm a fast learner and have over 3 years of call center experience. I also told them my attendance was perfect and I was never late at my previous job, knowing that attendance is crucial for this company. I felt I would have been a great employee but wasn't even given a real chance. I got an email the next day saying another candidate was a better fit.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Could you describe your previous role?
- What value do you believe you can add to our company?
Member Service Representative
The whole thing took about 4 weeks. First, I interviewed with a hiring agency, then I waited two weeks with no response. After that, another two weeks passed. Finally, I got a call from the staffing agency for a face-to-face interview with HR at the company. I passed that, then waited another two weeks. I got a notification for a phone interview. A few days after the phone interview, I had the actual interview with the department manager and supervisor. I got the call with the offer a week later.
- What is your availability, given that you will only be hired if you can work this specific shift?
HR Assistant
The interview process was very fast and direct. They laid out company policies and what they expect from candidates right away. The managers and recruiters were really nice. We had a phone interview first, and then a second interview over Zoom because of COVID.
- What value do you believe you can contribute to the company?
