Submitted my resume and got an interview without any prior informal chats. The process was straightforward, involving basic behavioral and STAR questions. Communication with the recruiter and the team was good. They got back to me within a week after the final interview.

I had a phone screen, but the interviewer canceled about an hour beforehand. They rescheduled, but no apology for the sudden change. The interviewer seemed rushed and uninterested, asking very basic questions. When I asked about company culture, she replied 'I don't know' to most of my questions and came across as unfriendly. I emailed them after, saying I appreciated the interview but was no longer interested in the firm or the role.

I first met a recruiter at an information session and then followed up with an informational interview in the fall. The recruiter put my name in for the intern position many months later and I was contacted for an interview in February. After a pretty easy first interview, I got a second round interview which was similar. Both were phone interviews. The first was with one employee and the second was with two other employees.
