It was a pretty straightforward process, with two remote rounds. The first was a 30-minute screening with a Director, and the second was an hour-long panel meeting with potential teammates. Both were pretty relaxed and conversational/behavioral, with no technical questions since they offer 10-12 weeks of in-house technical analysis training.

Started with a quick recruiter chat, then there was a basic math and personality test. Next, I was supposed to interview with the Analyst Pool Manager in LA, but they wanted to fly me out last minute which was a surprise and I couldn't make it work, so it ended up being a phone call. That interview was mainly behavioral and about how well I knew the company and industry. They ended up going with someone else for that specific job/office, but they asked if I was interested in other locations closer to me. About a week later, I had a final in-person round scheduled with two 30-40 minute interviews with an MD and then two Senior Consultants. So far, everyone's been pretty down to earth and nice, and they seem to like their jobs and the company.

Went through on campus recruiting, then an online assessment for math skills. After that, I had an interview at the Philadelphia office. The interview itself was a totally behavioral interview, but it was intense. It lasted for 4 hours and I interviewed with four different groups of people. Some of the interviewers were really great and enthusiastic, but two of the teams really didn't seem to care about being there.
